Taylormade R7 Irons and R7 Irons TP 22 Sep 2006 4 years ago

R7 Irons
» Engineered for skilled players who prefer an iron that's easier to launch high and straight while also offering excellent workability

» Inverted Cone Technology provides higher COR and increased average ball speed for greater distance

» Soft aluminum dampening web in the cavity soaks up harsh vibrations and delivers an incredibly soft-yet-solid feel at impact

» Exceptionally deep cavity design creates a low and deep CG, making it easier to launch the ball higher for the optimum combination of carry and control

» Moderate offset promotes a square clubface at impact, equaling increased ball control for increased accuracy

» A choice of two shafts (T Step 90-gram steel or RE*AX™ 65-gram graphite) promote higher clubhead speed and a strong release for increased distance

» TaylorMade® logo grip features hundreds of extremely short slots, positioned parallel to the line of the shaft, that deliver increased feel, comfort and traction

» Women's r7 Irons also available

R7 Irons TP
» A tour-caliber player's iron targeted at tour pros and low handicappers seeking workability along with consistent yardage from shot to shot - even on mis-hits

» Inverted Cone Technology expands the COR zone for increased average ball speed for consistently greater distance

» Soft aluminum dampening web in the cavity soaks up harsh vibrations and delivers an incredibly soft-yet-solid feel at impact

» Minimal offset and flatter lie angle give players with tour-caliber hand action maximum control over direction and trajectory

» Classic TaylorMade TP iron shaping delivers an authentic, tour-proven look that promotes confidence at address

» Shallow cavity creates a higher CG, making it easier to work the ball left, right, high and low

» Tour-configured sole incorporates a specially-ground leading edge and softened trailing edge that discourages digging and glides smoothly through turf

» Dynamic Gold steel shaft delivers an unparalleled combination of control and feel, and is available in R, S and X flexes

» TaylorMade logo Tour Velvet® grip delivers tour-proven performance and the perfect combination of traction, comfort and feel
